We offer free collection from store and courier delivery so we're sure to have you covered. See below for more details. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping for orders over £75.

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Leeds. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up as soon as possible - typically around 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with any additional instructions for collection where necessary. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you collect.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept limited returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. For more detail including information on exclusions see our Refund Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at home@atticinbloom.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
